Mr. Ki-Joon Hong

Mr. Hong is Chief Executive Officer of Hanwha SolarOne. Mr. Hong is currently the Chairman of the Board of SolarOne, Chief Executive Officer of Hanwha Chemical Corporation and was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Hanwha's pharmaceutical and refinery businesses. Mr. Hong also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Hanwha's pharmaceutical and refinery businesses. Under his leadership, Hanwha Chemical entered into the solar energy and secondary battery businesses and also actively expanded its overseas operations, forming a joint venture in Saudi Arabia and building a PVC factory in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. He received a bachelor of science in Chemical Engineering from Seoul National University.

Mr. Hee Cheul Kim

Mr. Hee Cheul Kim is President and member of the Board of Hanwha SolarOne. Prior to joining Hanwha SolarOne, Mr. Kim was CEO of Hanwha L&C Azdel, a U.S.-based motor parts manufacturing company, where he led the company through the recent global financial crisis. Prior to joining Hanwha Azdel, he worked in various positions at Hanwha Group, where he led the restructuring of Hanwha Group's business portfolio during a serious financial crisis in Korea in 1997, and successfully laid the groundwork for Hanwha Group's future growth. Mr. Kim earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from Seoul National University.

Mr. Dong Kwan Kim

Mr. Dong Kwan Kim is Chief Strategy Officer and member of the Board of Hanwha SolarOne. Mr. Kim brings extensive leadership and strategic development experience to Hanwha with his background as an officer in the Republic of Korea Air Force. He joined Hanwha Group in January 2010 and has served as a Managing Director of Management & Planning HQ at Hanwha Group. Mr. Kim became a board member of Hanwha SolarOne in December 2010. He received a B.A. in Government from Harvard University.

Mr. Jung Pyo Seo

Mr. Jung Pyo Seo is the Chief Financial Officer of Hanwha SolarOne. Mr. Seo joins SolarOne from Azdel Inc., an automotive thermoplastic material manufacturer based in Virginia, where he was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. In his three and a half years at the company, he rebuilt the company's cash and debt management systems and processes, implemented a new ERP system, managed commercial banking relationships, raised capital, and helped the company expand market share in a competitive market with rising raw material prices. He also played an important role in the acquisition and post-acquisition integration of Azdel Inc. by Hanhwa Corporation. Prior to joining Azdel, Mr. Seo held a variety of accounting, finance, and sales-related roles at Hanwha Resorts Corporation and Hanwha Chemical Corporation over a twelve year period. Mr. Seo earned an M.B.A. degree from the University of Washington, and a bachelor of arts with a concentration in finance and accounting from Seoul National University.

Mr. Justin Koo Yung Lee

Mr. Justin Koo Yung Lee is the Chief Commercial Officer of Hanwha SolarOne. Mr. Lee joins SolarOne from Hanwha International in New Jersey. In his last two years at Hanwha International as Vice President, Mr. Lee helped expand the Hanwha chemical business in new markets in North America. He was also instrumental in developing Hanwha's strategic plan for entering the solar business in North America. Prior to this position, Mr. Lee spent 15 years managing a variety of businesses and products at Hanwha Chemical in Kuala Lumpur and Seoul.  Mr. Lee received a degree in political science and diplomacy from Yonsei University in Seoul.

Mr. Tai Seng PNG

Mr. Tai Seng PNG is the Chief Operating Officer of Hanwha SolarOne. Mr. PNG has over five years of experience in the solar PV industry, and over 26 years of experience in manufacturing companies. Most recently he served as the vice president of operations at Talesun Solar. Prior to that, Mr. PNG served as vice president of operations for several solar companies in China, including Jinko Solar, Canadian Solar and Trina Solar. Mr. PNG holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic.

Mr. Chris Eberspacher

Mr. Chris Eberspacher is the Chief Technology Officer of Hanwha SolarOne. Mr. Eberspacher is currently President of Hanwha Solar America and was previously with Applied Materials in Santa Clara, California, where he was Chief Technology Officer of their solar business tasked with exploring next-generation crystalline wafer silicon and thin-film photovoltaic technologies and managing the development and implementation of that company's current-generation thin-film PV technology. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Eberspacher was Vice President of Engineering and Chief Scientist at Nanosolar in Palo Alto, California, where he was in charge of developing a vertically-integrated capability for making efficient thin-film PV cells using innovative low-cost processes. From 1993 to 2004, he was co-founder and managing director of Unisun in Newbury Park, California, where he provided consulting services in technology, marketing, and strategic planning for the photovoltaic and allied fields of photonics and electronics. Mr. Eberspacher received a Ph.D in applied physics from Stanford University and a bachelor of science from the University of Texas at Austin.

Dr. Mohan Narayanan

Dr. Srinivasamohan "Mohan" Narayanan is Vice President of Technology at Hanwha SolarOne. Dr. Narayanan leads the Company's research and development team for improving product performance and innovation, and streamlining manufacturing operations.

Dr. Narayanan joins Hanwha SolarOne from the Solar Energy division of Reliance Industries Limited in India, where he was the chief technology officer in charge of planning the company's entry into the midstream solar business, from silicon growth to module production, including production design and layout, manufacturing operations, technology development, and cost modeling. Prior to that, Dr. Narayanan was vice president of technology at Trina Solar Limited, in charge of technology development, technology transfer, tool selection, capacity expansion and product development. From 1989 to 2006, Dr. Narayanan held a number of technology-related roles at BP Solar, including as the director of the Global Screen Print Technology division from 2003 to 2006.

Dr. Narayanan received a Ph.D in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, a M.S. in material science from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, a B.E. in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Madras, and a diploma in industrial management from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He has numerous publications to his credit, and owns six patents and patent applications related to casting, wafering and other cell processes.

Mr. Andreas Liebheit

Mr. Andreas Liebheit is Vice President and Managing Director of Hanwha SolarOne, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Prior to joining Hanwha SolarOne, Mr. Liebheit led the Business Unit Solar Modules at Solon SE, in charge of sales, product development and supply chain management. Previously, Mr. Liebheit worked in various positions for Infineon AG. His final position with Infineon AG was vice president of Sales and Business Development Security Products, where he was responsible for worldwide project development and application marketing for the division. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Liebhet served as head of strategy for five business units of Infineon AG. Mr. Liebheit earned his Master's diploma in physics from Munich University in Germany and a Bachelor's diploma in physics from Montpellier University in France.
